  • they need to have enough knowledge of technical areas to assess supplier competence

I offer a training syllabus which will enable your staff to operate confidently and efficiently. It includes:

  • traditional methods training including data and activity analysis
  • facilitation
  • project management
  • repository and tools

All training is motivating and involving; a high level of interaction is encouraged. I recognise that people have ‘hidden depths’; they need encouraging to draw on past experiences which can help in all but the most technical of problems.

While classroom training is the best way of giving a basic understanding, all research has shown that the best route to learning is repetition and longer term support. TLA offers an action learning service; classroom training is followed up with a group mentoring approach to help your staff apply their new skills in practice. TLA also offers one-to-one support – coaching your staff.

TLA’s library of training material is modular and can therefore be tailored quickly to match your needs. The modules currently available are listed here. New modules can be added on request.
