- traditional methods training including data and activity analysis
- project management
- repository and tools
All training is motivating and involving; a high level of interaction is encouraged. I recognise that people have 'hidden depths'; they need encouraging to draw on past experiences which can help in all but the most technical of problems.
While classroom training is the best way of giving a basic understanding, all research has shown that the best route to learning is repetition and longer term support. TLA offers an action learning service; classroom training is followed up with a group mentoring approach to help your staff apply their new skills in practice. TLA also offers one-to-one support - coaching your staff.
